The all-new Nissan Navara will offer high-quality comfort

South Africans are on the edge of their seats as they wait for the all-new Nissan Navara to be launched. Nissan has already claimed that this will be the most digitalized Navara to ever brace the market. The latest Navara will be more than just your typical bakkie offering consumers excellent drive quality and a comfortable interior.

Stefan Haasbroek, Nissan South Africa Marketing Director says, “The Navara ushers in a new age of toughness and introduces a new ruggedly bold exterior made for extreme elements; however, one thing that we do not compromise on is the safety and interior comfort of our customers. This bakkie is designed to give you exceptional comfort as your adventure travel and worksite partner, well-equipped to take on new challenges while still offering optimal room and quiet comfort that supports you on any road.”

The Navara will come equipped with a new steering wheel and a stylish instrument panel that will feature an 8-inch navigation screen and a 7-inch higher-resolution TFT screen. This will make it easier for drivers to park and change lanes. The sound softening insulation has also been increased making the Navara quieter on the road.

To ensure that the driver is comfortable at all-times, the Navara’s driver seat will come with spinal support. This is done to encourage a more ‘neutral’ posture, resulting in reduced pressure on the spine. The rear seats too will be more comfortable than ever, as it gets upgraded with seat cushions. Passengers at the rear will further benefit from rear armrest cup holders, rear air vents, and a USB port. Premium features such as its push start button, intelligent key, and dual air-conditioning will make the Navara feel more comfortable than ever.

Ride comfort is a top priority for the Nissan Navara, and that is why it will come featured with a new dual-rate spring that will control both the rain-sensing wipers and suspension stroke control. To further add to the vehicle’s stability and handling, the Navara Double Cab will get equipped with a heavy-duty 5-link coil rear suspension.

The all-new Nissan Navara will be available on the local market in the second half of this year.
