Following the launch of the Double Cab derivative, Nissan South Africa has revealed the Single Cab body style of their refreshed Navara.
Nissan says that the Navara Single Cab boasts "best-in-class' features, with high levels of safety and security. This includes dual front airbags as well as ABS brakes with EBD. Spec wise, all Navara Single Cab models receive electrically adjustable mirrors, with the top spec 4x4 receiving auto folding as well. Air-conditioning is standard across the range.
Available as both a petrol and a diesel, the petrol-powered Navara boasts a 2.5-litre, four-cylinder engine with 118 kW of power and 233 Nm of torque. The diesel derivative is available in two states of tune. The high output version delivers a beefy 140 kW and 450 Nm of torque. A lesser powered option is also available, with 120 kW and 403 Nm on tap.
Nissan also notes that load capacity is top class, with a maximum of up to 1144 kg. All Single Cab models come standard with a six-year/150 000 km warranty and a six-year/90 000 km service plan.
