Extended Audi Freeway Plan Now Available
The Audi Freeway Plan is included with the sale of all new Audi vehicles. The service and maintenance plan is available as standard in the form of a 5-year/100,000km programme, however, customers now have the option to extend it all the way up to a 10-year/300,000km plan, making it one of the most comprehensive in the premium market.
The extended plan looks to attract buyers who want to keep their Audi vehicles for longer while also retaining the value of their vehicles should they decide to sell or trade-in. The extended Audi Freeway Plan, whihc is exclusive to the German manufacturer, will entice new buyers to join the Audi brand as well as existing Audi customers who are close to the end of their existing contract but still want the reassurance and peace of mind to keep and use their vehicles for longer.
The Audi Freeway Plan grants access to trained and experienced workmanship, genuine parts, specialised diagnostic and technical equipment and also covers potential defective workmanship, replacement and repair of defective parts, wear and tear, services and access to Audi Assist, an emergency roadside assistance service.
“We are all aware that vehicles become costly to look after as they become older. At Audi we have also acknowledged that general consumer spending pressures have resulted in longer ownership cycles. For this reason the newly launched Audi Freeway Plan extension is great value for those customers wanting the added peace of mind when owning and looking after their Audi vehicle,” said Trevor Hill, Head of Audi South Africa.
The Audi Freeway Plan is now available from all approved Audi dealerships and can be extended from its standard 5-year/100,000km plan in increments of 1-year/30,000km all the way up to a maximum of 10-years/300,000km from the date of the vehicles original registration.
