Hyundai Creta: Matte Edition Headlines 2024 Refresh
The Hyundai Creta, a popular choice in South Africa's compact SUV market, has received a mid-life refresh for 2024, featuring sharpened pricing and exciting new features like a stylish Matte Edition.
The Creta range retains its three-tier structure with Premium and Executive trims but with price reductions on several models.
The entry-level Creta 1.5 Premium MT now starts at R449,900, while the top-of-the-line Creta 1.5 Executive IVT (Matte Edition) comes in at R524,900. All Creta models are powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine delivering 84 kW and 144 Nm of torque, prioritizing efficiency with features like dual injectors and advanced valve timing.
Buyers can choose between a 6-speed manual gearbox or Hyundai's Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT).
